Payment and Shipping


Shipping

(1) Shipping is only possible within Australia. Orders are dispatched from Stapylton QLD.

(2) The delivery time is approx. 3-7 working days.

(3) Flat rate shipping costs of $15.90 apply per order and only for the following states QLD; NSW & VIC and $20.25 for WA; SA and Northern Territory*

(4) Unless otherwise agreed upon, the goods will be delivered from our warehouse to the address provided by you; shipping charges apply. Costs arising from providing an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged to you.

(5) The goods remain our property until payment in full is received. (6) The goods are delivered by our shipping partners.

*Conditions apply - additional charges may apply for:

  • Rural shipping addresses
  • Bulky/heavy orders, exceeding cubic volume of 5kg

    • You will be contacted directly by the Warehouse, for payment, if additional freight costs apply to Your order


    Returns

    (1) If delivered items show obvious damage due to transportation, please make a complaint to the deliverer immediately and get in touch with us promptly. This helps us to file our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

    Payment Terms

    (1) Payment can be made by advance payment or through credit card or Apple Pay.

    (2) Costs arising from a chargeback due to insufficient funds or incorrect bank details provided by you will be charged to you.
