Payment and Shipping
Shipping
(1) Shipping is only possible within Australia. Orders are dispatched from Stapylton QLD.
(2) The delivery time is approx. 3-7 working days.
(3) Shipping costs are a flat rate per order and depend on the delivery postcode (prices include GST):
- Metro (capital cities and major centres): $15.90
- Regional (all other delivery postcodes): $34.90
- Remote (outback, far north and islands): $54.90
The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery postcode.*
(4) Unless otherwise agreed upon, the goods will be delivered from our warehouse to the address provided by you; shipping charges apply. Costs arising from providing an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged to you.
(5) The goods remain our property until payment in full is received.
(6) The goods are delivered by our shipping partners.

Returns
(1) If delivered items show obvious damage due to transportation, please make a complaint to the deliverer immediately and get in touch with us promptly. This helps us to file our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
Payment Terms
(1) Payment can be made by advance payment or through credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
(2) Costs arising from a chargeback due to insufficient funds or incorrect bank details provided by you will be charged to you.
